  1. Collect as much information as you can about your problem. Be as specific as possible and provide your application scenario that failed in performing the operations.

  2. Include the Product Name and License Number in your technical support request.

The 60-day free support period starts from the date the software is shipped to you. If you wish to continue to receive uninterrupted technical support, you can subscribe one year extended support services upon the completion of your 60-day introductory period.
